Summary:
This is an alternate history of season four and five that I wrote just after season 3 aired. It therefore diverges from the Andromeda storyline at that point.


I wrote it because I believed that one of the main themes of the show was the war with the magog and that this was not expanded upon enough in the series.

The first part which takes place between the final two episodes of season three reveals a lot about the history of trance and the spirit of the abyss. The Magog war (being my first attempt at a war novel) really is more of a character study of the characters in the Andromeda universe and an alternate way that things could have happened; it is what I felt should have happened.
